Kim was born and raised on the Hamilton East Mountain. She was "raised" in the business of Hamilton Real Estate. Her father was not only her Broker; he was her mentor and best friend. While she lost her father in 2007, she has maintained his legacy; a strong commitment to serving clients and customers.
As a graduate of the Business Administration program at Mohawk College, and becoming licensed in 1979, she gained valuable experience in many aspects of the industry while the company was under her father's leadership. Some examples include; Mortgage Financing, Appraisals, Rentals, Commercial and Industrial, Rent Attornments, Power od Sale Properties and Property Management in the Hamilton Area.
Kim is passionate in helping Sellers and Buyers realize their homeownership potential in a cost effective manner. Utilizing over 35 years' experience in residential sales, she realizes the face of real estate in changing and with it, the costs of paying 5-6% commission.
After taking time to be home with her chidren, Tonya entered the real estate industry in 2008 working with a National Private Sale Co., It was at this time Tonya decided to follow her passion of helping Buyers and Sellers realize their homeownership dreams and became a Licensed Realtor. Tonya's friendly and professional approach puts any Buyer or Seller at ease.
